SHIPPING, PROCESSING, AND WAIT TIMES
Please be aware that there are two kinds of products on this site: handcrafted or curated products and print on demand. Handcrafted and curated products are shipped from my location in Bangor, Maine. Products that ship directly from me are sent USPS Ground within the US and UPS Worldwide Expedited.
Print on demand items are shipped to you directly from the printer and come from a variety of shipping handlers depending on where the item is coming from. If you order a print on demand item you will receive your tracking number twice once from the printer and once from this website. Processing time is approximately 5 to 7 days for print on demand items. This does not include ship time.
Estimated delivery times are approximately 1 to 2 weeks within the US and 15-30 days outside the US.
Currently we ship within the United States and to Canada and the United Kingdom.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. While I work hard to accommodate every customer, at this time I am not able to accept returns however I am more than happy to offer exchanges on handcrafted or curio items provided they are intact and all herbal or cosmetic items are unopened, unused, and sealed in the original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me for a replacement or store credit.
Print on demand items are made to order and therefore not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged or there is a quality issue. If there is a problem with your order please make sure to take pictures of the item with close-ups of the problem areas along with the inside and outside of the packaging and please contact me and I will contact the printer for a replacement or refund.
